FaceKey’s intent has always been to build products that we would like to use.  Time clocks and access control products that are reliable, low cost, easy to operate, utilize the corporate network and most important of all, KNOW who the person is.  But, it seems that knowing who the person is, is still not important to an industry which continues to issue cards which can be lost, shared or stolen.  Who speaks for the manager that has to deal with the consequences of theft and fraud?  Who helps the manager   during this bad economy?

A recent survey commissioned by ASIS International, revealed the major concerns of corporate security officers and managers.  These concerns could be summarized in terms of how to do more with less:  “less people, less money, less training”.  These are the managers FaceKey is building products for.  They recognize the value that identification provides:  reduction of clerical work and the cost of issuing cards, use of existing corporate assets and the value of a first-rate place to work because access to facilities can be restricted and fraud in payroll can be eliminated.
